At SHENFLARE, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Product Information

Product colour may vary slightly due to photography lighting and individual screen display settings. Product materials and finishes are stated on each product page. Please review the product details before placing your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by the original order details

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, SHENFLARE will review the issue and cover the return shipping where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

If a non-returnable item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by WhatsApp or email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued by bank transfer.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for eligible non-earring items in cases of sizing issues or manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
